july 7 2009 10:51 pdt oh man oh man, this bar study stuff is a ton of fun. i might have said this before but i'll repeat it now- the most gratifying part of these classes is when they cover a topic i already studied in law school, even a year or two ago- and it turns out that the way i learned it then is still correct. it's great to feel like i actually learned something. the worst part is that i can't shake the feeling that i might have been able to pass this exam with no preparation if they had given it the day after graduation. it doesn't help that the review instructors keep reminding us that scores of 60% are probably good enough to pass- sure, it's hard, and sure, there are details, and sure all the rules have exceptions. but really, if i only need to get six out of ten right... sigh.
